My story…………

Peace be unto you, Sis.πŸ«‚ I was recently diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, and although I feel alone, I know there's so many others who are undiagnosed and left unaware.

Right now I'm on Ziprasidone (Geodon), but I think I'm going back to my over-the-counter cocktails once I have 'stabilized' and completely improved my diet.

Although Bipolar is kicking my behind right now, I believe that I'm stronger than the illness itself. You are too, Sis. I appreciate you for sharing.❀

In my opinion, many of the pharmaceuticals offered only make matters worse…
Especially with weight gain and digestion issues.
They say there are no healthy alternatives… no healthy foods, etc. that will have the same effect, but that's because they WANT you on those toxic medications to keep you sick… so you keep coming back for more.
