1. I can’t help but to eat 800 calories on keto, it’s the only way I can eat less carbs and more protein/fat! Can I still lose weight in 800 calorie keto??

9. I've lost 40 pounds since mid March on Keto. It has become my way of life. Now I am just going into maintenance mode. Good luck on your journey!

17. My friend lost 10 pounds in the first week of Keto!! She was just mad about eating chicken and salad everyday 😂 (she doesn’t know how to cook)
