Hello, dear friends! I’m sharing a new recipe of the vegetable salad if you want to lose weight. This is a vitamin bomb as well. Beetroots, carrots and nuts contain a lot of vitamins! Enjoy!

  4. I want to share vagan meat recipe with you,
    You are good cook,
    People make dough of vagan meat flour, I want you take pan, and grill the flour in pan with or without oil, it will change color or it will give smell,
    After this process, you add your spices, some graded reddish, some aniseed for emami flavor.
    Rest as you want. Reddish have lots of water to make dough without water, mix well,make dough , give shape and steam for 15 to 30 minutes,
    After steaming,
    You either pan fry or eat steam ingredients.
    Steam process will help ingredients to absorb the water and swells.
    We can cook without loosing ingredients flavor, during boiling we loose spices and takes lot of time.
    Grill will make ingredients to cook quickly. Try this vagan meat recipe and make vedio.

  5. А лучше на мелкой терке натереть морковь, свеклу, нашинковать тонко капусту, болгарский перец, лук полукольцами , выдавить через пресс чеснок. Посолить, добавить любое растительное масло , перемешать и дать постоять час! Это витаминный салат, в народе он называется щетка, так как прекрасно чистит кишечник и ничего тушить не надо, все витаминчики пойдут в организм. На следующий день он еще сочнее!
