  1. I'm bored so here's a list of foods that diabetics can eat anytime because they don't contain any carbs:

    Eggs
    Chicken (not fried)
    Fish
    Beef
Camel meat idk what they call it

All veggies except sweet potatoes and pumpkin and corn and some carrots

All nuts except pistachio and cashews

    Peanut butter

Also if you really want sugar with ur food use stevia sugar it is almost 100% carb free, toodles ✌️

  2. I’m a type 2 diabetic on insulin. I was told by my endocrinologist that I should only eat 3 eggs per week. I this true or did not understand correctly?

  3. Thank you so much sir for sharing the informative tips!! we are eating your recipes on a regular basis along with t hat we drink 2 cups of Planet Ayurveda Dia-plan tea to control diabetes naturally

  4. Yall don’t eat this for breakfast if you have type 1, all of this is non carb and u need to eat carbs in order to produce insulin into your body so a good breakfast was be a smoothie or maybe as simple as weetbix!

  5. as someone who has been struggling with diabetes for a long time (diagnosed at 2 and curently 14) i can tell you that protean can go a long way for you and pften doesnt rais blood sugar as mich as other food groups

  6. I was diagnosed in September, but refused going on metformin or any meds, because I didn’t want my body to become dependent on it.
So I ate right, joined a gym and drank some of my home country’s herb( Nigeria, from Africa) and after three months, the nurse said my A1C was now pre diabetic, she was so surprised.
However, I fell off after a while and struggled with healthy eating and healthy living( was always ordering out and drinking lots of processed juice, no sodas though.
Last week, I started feeling very sick, with blurry vision, etc so I checked my glucose and it was above 600, so my glucomètre just showed H1, because it couldn’t read numbers above 600.
I went to ER and got admitted, it’s now in the 200s and I’m on insulin( which I hate).
I’ve been checking recipes online that I’ll like and I think I like this, so thanks, I’ll be trying it out.

I guess I also just wanted to tell someone, because I don’t live with family here in the U.S, so it’s hard dealing with everything alone.
