My BIGGEST Nigerian Food Ingredients Haul 4 | Flo Chinyere
This is so far my biggest Nigerian food ingredients haul! Enjoy the video and get to know some of the most traditional Nigerian ingredients. I buy 90% of the Nigerian food ingredients from Nigeria because where I live, I can only buy yam, palm oil, black eyed beans, cocoyam and habanero peppers.

Flo you are a treasure! Thanks for all your information and tips on W African foods. The "scent" leaves you mentioned resemble something we call "pepper Elder" in Jamaica [there are a few varieties] very flavorful. Nothing beats the natural flavors of some of these leaves. I notice that Africans never mention " Pimento" aka all spice. Is it not an African spice? It is the main ingredient in Jamaican Jerk season and might go well with hard chicken your husband love so much. Try it you may like it….lol. Keep doing your thing…. Greetings for, Bronx, NY.
Chai, this Aunty Flo eeh, after you na you.
Biko, can you kindly tell me how you were able to preserve the Ube without it being melted in the course of the journey.
