  1. Searching for a one-bedroom apartment is very difficult in Ghana especially if your money is not that huge. It's indeed not easy looking for a place at all. I wasted viewing fee on two agents who could not get me anything appropriate. My third agent finally got me a place and it was 2 years in advance but quite decent so had to take it like that. Yet to move in.

  2. Congratulations on your new space 🎉 renting a room in Accra can be frustrating and stressful especially these agents🤦🏾 I was almost scammed when I rented the first time.

  3. Lovely place! You can actually divide the space into 3 using partitions (those wooden ones that are painted like walls and are fixed from the ceiling to the floor). That way you can have a bedroom, living room and a mini walk in closet ✨

  4. It wasn’t easy for me, I was in rush looking for a place in tema and went for a one room self contain in fact it wasn’t worth the cash I paid for 8 months that I rented the space, I never slept there for like 10 times I was always with my boyfriend until I saved enough to find a chamber and hall self contained which was quiet expensive but worth the money now I say there and hardly visit my boyfriend. So yes no rush in searching lessons learnt and charle the agents they can frustrate paaa.

  5. I love how pretty your space looks!
Just wanted your thoughts .. why is there so much backlash with ladies living alone in Ghana? I just don’t understand. I moved out and I’m 30, and my fam and some friends are treating me like I’m making a foolish decision. I just don’t understand

  6. Lovely space! The viewing fees are ridiculous like you said lol but I definitely want to get a space in Ghana so whenever I’m there I have somewhere to stay
