My Anti-Aging Skincare Routine

I trashed my skin for my entire life before Blueprint. Sunburns, fast food, bad sleep hygiene, and no skincare routine.

I’m now proactively managing my skin health. You can too.

  1. There are ways to make the skincare absorb better! What I’ve heard: your skin should be damp before you apply the skincare. You could even use a spray bottle after you’ve applied the skincare, to help keep it damp a couple mins longer. Or keep a face mask on for a while to maintain the hydration. Also, gently massage the skincare in. Massage with your fingers, I don’t like rough guasha massages because I feel they mess up the tissues under your skin.

  2. His skin looks tight and uncomfortable. I thought he was in his 50s and had a botched facelift with too much botox hence the difficulties to emote and speak properly.

  3. I can never afford to do much of the things I've seen in the video, but as someone who has taken quite the impact on my skin I can say that I was seated for the section on health. I grew up in a bit of an unorganized family, and after moving out I tend to have some trouble coming up with a meal plan that is actually healthy. Very useful information.

  4. The sun makes me feel so incredibly good. Gives me so much energy, it's great for my health. I'd never ever sacrifice my health for esthetics… And no, it doesn't cause cancer if you don't do dumb shit.

  5. for the skin, I think less is more.  almost everyone washes too often.  By washing, we remove the oils that the skin naturally creates and requires for optimal health.

  6. And now a skincare routine that is good for people who are poor 😅 the poor getting unhealthy by the minute and the rich well you get the point.

  7. Don't take this is criticism, but how come your skin has a sort of yellow hue to it nowadays? Also, your skin seems to have shiny finish on it. Is that on purpose for aesthetic purpose?

  8. The elderly who want to be young should have a product that they can use as normal as a simple shower or a mattress produce a certain comfort zone, studies and research by governments only for military and top-secret research, investing in private on such technologies would lead man to live in space and on earth and should also work on animals, plants to start an era of development of well-being

  9. 9:31 thats what i would do .
+ İ prefer to get the sun from arms and legs..

You need to get vitamind . Only way to get it from sun is summer when its at the top. 20 min is enough.

İnsted of sunscreen. The chemicals n shits in them. İ dont trust them.

  10. Meaning, you have to be rich to be forever young…😅………I'll do what I can with healthy diet and my skin routine for poor people…and exercise of course

  11. Thank you! It has been one of my favourite videos! I like this skincare remark " not doing so much". If you find some cream that you have been using for more than 6 weeks, please please share!

  12. I love your posts. Been following since the early days and I am SO excited for the progress. Thank you for championing this for US. Thank you to the TEAM behind you. Thank you to all the viewers excited for this LEAP forward. ❤ #GRATITUDE

  13. Being pale doesn’t make you look young it makes you look old and ill. Ye don’t abuse sunbeds that’s obvious. But avoiding the sun like you’re a vampire clearly isn’t the right thing to do. And proof is in the pudding this guy doesn’t look any younger ?

  14. Bryan, I used Cerave and after 3 days my skin is so badly fucked I can't fix it in 2 weeks. I have never had any problems with my face skin and now it looks like a rhino skin.

  15. Can you discuss anti-aging procedures that you believe are a waste of money because they don’t show desirable results? Or have you tried any non-invasive procedure or topical products in particular that you felt were ineffective? There are so many overpriced non-surgical procedures and products that are being offered that don’t seem to have consistent positive results, or the results don’t seem that great compared to the price point, so it’s hard to know if these things won’t be a waste of time and/or money. Also, if you could only choose one product (other than sunscreen) or one non-invasive procedure for anti-aging, which one would you choose? Thanks 😊
