Waking up at 6am is not an easy task , but if you wake up that early you will achieve so much for the day , I love cold tea tooo especially milo , but I go for hot tea when I take my tea bags

I have mine with cold water too and also add ice to it
This one you don’t smile when you are hungry so nobody should get on your nerves oo
I get grumpy when I am hungry
That time is when sleep is very sweet, but we don't have choice than to be up doing. I also don't like my tea hot, that is healthy breakfast. An interesting vlog.
