Hi Stinks ! This is my first youtube video, and I just want to thank all of the people that encouraged me to make one 🥹. There was so much leading up to this and I am forever grateful to everyone thats been apart of this journey.
I hope this video helped give insight to how much trial and error there is when it comes to a fitness journey…

  2. Heyy Thank you sooo much for this video. It was really realistic and honest. So would you say that the creatine helped or make a good difference? I just bought a 100 serving Creatine and wondering if it's worth the hype.

    Patiently awaiting your response ❤

  3. I understand the all of this and it has been really insightful…
Just that i come from a family who favors thin, i mean stick thin people and i don't know how to get sources of calories and proteins sonce i'm still a minor…..is there any other alternative….
Like i'm really a target for bullies.. i am so tired, i just want to bulk😢😢😢

  4. we literally have the same story I lived in minnesota my whole life and i was always the taller friend so I held my weight well (I was 160 but everyone thought I was 120-130) then I moved to Ohio the beginning of my junior year and gained about 40 pound and I was 200 pounds within 7-8 months of moving, I looked "thicker" but I hated my stomach and arms, this video is helping me be motivated

  5. I’m watching this over after watching you for months realizing that you were calming down your real personality at first and now you fully unleashed it 😂😂😂😂😂

  6. I hope every women watching this enjoys there journey…its usually 4 years before that beast beauty status starts…so be patient… year three is like the wow..yea I never thought my stomach would be like this mode … it takes time

  7. You definitely have body dysmorphia issues. You have always looked absolutely beautiful gorgeous your body has been fine since the beginning every single picture you showed lol. Relax black queen you look great. Love yourself.❤❤

  8. Hello beautiful, first thank you for your content. I've been a life long big back babe, and at 33 have finally decided to take getting in shape seriously. Most of my workouts are at home because of my schedule and my babies. I've been focusing on HIT and building a strong core and of course building a better booty. Question, would you suggest creatine for us big girls? I've been watching your channel and decided to invest in some but I've noticed my actual weight loss has slowed down. Thank you for being amazing ❤

  9. what's crazy is that the images you showed us and say you felt like crap, you look great. we really are our worst enemy

I've been working out for almost 10 years, have gone up and down so many times.. started at age 19 and now I'm 28. Sometimes I wanna be thick sometimes I just wanna be skinny.. it's rough sometimes but I want to keep pushing through to tone my upper body and grow some glutes. This video was encouraging!

  10. It’s so interesting that every photo you showed though you have your valid personal feelings about what you wanted over the body you showed but every last photo is absolutely beautiful because you are beautiful at any size. I’m happy for you and may you continue to love yourself even more. ❤🎉😊

  11. What are you basing the "perfect" physique on???😂 Everyone can't have a dumptruck… It's not for you. You still have a semi muscle bound, Peach butt. It's not poking.😂

  12. I felt everything you saidddd! Im currently a second year at Norfolk State & that freshman 30 hit me hardddd. Now im trying to lose 20 lbs but it seems impossible 😭.

  13. I started my fitness journey and 2020 when I was fifteen and I’m now 18 and I noticed that my weight on the scale is not changing and I don’t feel good and I honestly like really really need help. I’m trying so hard at the gym and I’ve been watching how I eat but I recently went on the scale and the weight broke me. I just want to build my body after reaching my goal but I need help on the steps to take. Lmk if you can guide me in any way.

  14. just watching this video makes me feel not alone. I have went through that stage of eating a lot, and not being on top of what I'm actually in taking. So thank you for sharing💖I love you so much!!
