A MAN who shed an incredible 310 lbs after becoming morbidly obese has had 13 lbs of loose skin removed in a life-changing procedure. At one point, John Allaire was so morbidly obese he wore 8XL shirts and had to be weighed on a commercial scale at a fish market, as standard scales would not hold…

Props to these guys for losing the weight. It’s extremely hard to stay consistent enough to lose weight like that. But the years of neglect have already destroyed your body. The loose skin will need surgery and from that you get scars. Good luck to these guys, for real
Dude.. him and his wife fit into his old pants, with room to spare. This guy is impressive, I cant even imagine.
Try run everyday and can be gone
I don’t think the appearance of loose skin is even a big deal, but I can see how too much of it could impede movement and quality of life.
Wesh il faut pas attendre d'être une grosse merde pour faire du sport😡😡😡😡👊🏽
Exercise is fun but weight loss is 95% due to diet and keto/carnivore lifestyle changes are the easiest ways to lose and keep it off forever and enjoy optimal health.
Howlong was surgery?
40 day fast will help with the skin
Why can't he add more muscles?
At 237, you still had considerable amount of fat. Why not continue and do the surgery after you lost more of that fat? Skin is really thin, and that mass still contains lots of fat despite the feeling like it's just skin.
Congratulation!!
Caila is a hero of this story. This man is a lucky guy.
DAMN… I'M IN THIS SITUATION AND IT'S NOT NICE!! I FEEL LIKE "PINK PANTHER" WHEN HE/SHE/IT MADE A BAGGY SUIT OUT OF HIS/HER/ITS OWN FUR… 🙈🙈🙈

Wouah 🎉🎉🎉🎉
how do people let themselves go likethat
isnt there a moment when you reach like 250 pounds, 300 whatever and you tell yourself you have to do something ? – not trying to be rude, just curious
You don't realize how much you've done. For yourself. And for others…
Awesome! I’m glad dude lost weight. How uplifting
How much did all that surgery cost?
Bravo 👏
This video is so inspiring! Thank You!
How does a person allow their chest to form breasts that sag all the way to their stomach. This is absolutely disgusting and he lacked self-control and discipline.
They’re rare, but good women are definitely out there. A woman who looked past what everyone else saw only only saw the person she loved.
And the same can be said for him, theyre rare, but good men are out there. A man willing to go through the toughest of sacrifices to make sure his family doesn’t feel pain.
I feel bad for those who have no athletic background and gain alot. You just have to exceed your efforts and keep improving thats the secret.
I had bypass 2008 lost 170 congratulations 🎉
Amazing!
So proud of him 🫡
Respect for the dude. I lost 200lbs and had the tummy tuck and gynecomastia surgery 8 years ago. But I'll be honest, he needs another surgery. He hast to go under the knife again and do a retouch tummy tuck. There's still clearly loose skin in that area and still taints the results he truly deserves.
This man is a real hero. I admire him for his courage
You are a warrior….. what a beautiful love…… bless you both❣️you fought for your health & your future ❤️
Jeez! This guy was SERIOUS. All along, his wife knew and loved who he was. There wasn't any mention of judging, or pressuring him to change, though clearly she's intelligent enough to have understood how much better life would be for the both of them without his obesity. That is love! They're an amazing, solid couple.
This guy is the proof, that everyone who tells you, that he/she can't loose weight, is just a liar and only uses excuses!
He found a good woman.
Look at that smile at the end!!! 😍
The definition of commitment
This guy is definitely an inspiration! I am working on losing weight myself.
Every time I see his before picture, I always think of this song: “Do you titties hang low, do they wobble to the floor. Do they shoot out milk, is it chocolate or it’s whole. Do you throw it around your shoulders like a marching band.
What a legend and inspiration. Started my weight loss journey 8-22-22 at 301lbs in 6 months I lost 62.7lbs then the next 3 I gained 2.2 total. But this past month I found the motivation again and really grinded and lost 13 lbs this last month and my current weight 225.9lbs and I’ve lost 76lbs in a little over 10 months. My goal is 199lbs. Just the euphoria of seeing a 1 at the start would be shocking to me as I have been overweight since I was 12 and that would put me at a normal BMI
Respect
I'm tired of the way I look. I almost hate myself. I want to lose weight.
Is surgery necessary to remove skin or this can also lose by gym
