  1. This is so true! Growing up in Ottawa. Even seeing a black film. It will only show one time in one theater. In regards to music, it was never played and if so, it was a program from the US.

  2. There seems to be a policy today against black singers in the music industry all over the Western world these days. Apparently, black people can rap, but they can't sing as good as white people these days, so only a few black singers are allowed to succeed whilst white singers are everywhere. It's a sick joke. Or another of their 'Idiotic schemes'. Great stuff as always. Thanks for the updates. Peace and love

  3. I agree take it to the US and get with and join with the bro's in the industry there, forget Canada, they will regret it. And we don't accept white people doing their incompetent version of our music.

  4. To Emma Ansah:
The testimony of the men in this video indicates that black people should start their own record labels or music businesses (whatever you want to call it) rather than rely on the same group of people who discriminate against us to sign us and give us equal opportunity in the music industry.

  5. To Emma Ansah:
I think that the artists who sing about racism in the Canadian music industry should be more precise by talking about "Anti-black racism" rather than using the word "racism" which can include any other non-black race who can face some discrimination. Black people are the main target of hate and racism, so we should be the sole focus in the lyrics of the songs that denounce racism.

  6. So an award in music or a golden not real gold statue of a man are expected to change the views others have of Blacks outside the United States? Wherever you go no matter your achievements it's not your past that matters to many but your present and too often shown antics. Only you can change that. Best to remain anonymous and let your talents be heard than to face discrimination and be surprised by it. People are people.

  7. Damm white people right like a broke clock twice a day damm in Canada what more do you want, you can be drug addicted in America especially white America trump supporters but not in Canada try Ukraine ( my bag they here)

  9. 1-This is one of the reasons why I'm astounded when ppl want to move from the U.S to Canada. For what, seriously?
2- And why they(wh*tes) love so much to listen to Black music like Rap,R&B etc…but Hate those(Blacks) who produce it? They even know all the lyrics etc…I never got that part.
Someone explains this to me .

  10. During the eighties and nineties in Toronto, you rarely would hear songs by black artists on the radio. Our Only way to hear music by black artists playing on a radio station is listen to 93.7 WBLK in Buffalo.

  11. From what I can see, all of the blacks from Canada are singing black American music. Maybe if black Canadian created their own genre of music they might be accepted by white Canadians, because then they can call it Canadian music.

  12. Still trying to Mix Oil and Water 💦. Oil liights the fire 🔥 and water ectinguishes it, thats what's someone said right! So why would folks try to force oil and water together? Why would fire go to ice and say give me a 🚨 light??? Come ice lets: live together. What you think old ice is going to do?????

  13. FBA feels our people's pain struggling in North America from the foul institution of ws! Understood bruh. But you must continue to produce your material and network with like minded afro's in Canada ✊🏿
