  1. I can’t imagine a body that is appointed has absolute power over those that have been duly elected. The laws regarding the absolute power of the SC must be reviewed in the next parliament

  2. Host you are a lawyer and should know better. The speaker said he threw it on the table and the majority leader accused him of saying he threw it at someone. Go and listen well and stop misleading your viewers.

  3. Kennedy Arthur don't even go there re this Anti-Gay-ism Bill– shame on you – a whole Medic — don't know the difference between CULTURAL Right and HUMAN RIGHT- issue– whereas GALAMSAY Menace is killing us in Ghana with the vast devastation of agricultural Land and Water Bodies- yet clueless Speaker and his Hung Parliament would choose to waste time on a ridiculous Proper Human ADULT SEXUAL Behavior- Shame- shameful- very irresponsible.

  4. The Supreme Court is above all-not even the President let alone the Legislative Body.
Know that the Constitution is Supreme and the Supreme Court interpretes the Constitution. — In a paradoxical form-The Holy Ghost, the Son Jesus Christ and GOD are ONE- 3 in 1 but GOD is Supreme.
In another way consider ' the SUN- LIGHT and HEAT–,
Both Light and Heat are emanating from the SUN – but – L is not SUN neither is H the SUN— ponder over it a d get WISE.

  5. The Speaker in the first place – was wrong in believing that these affected Parliamentarians had crossed Carpet and hence cease to represent their respective Constituencies even though the old Parliament is actively in operation.
Next Q– if Shall is mandatory then what will WILL be ?

  6. The MP (s) were still at post – the premise that they have vacated their 'post'- so what is the argument about?
WRONG DECISION by the Speaker whi didn't judge prudently– he allowed his NDC characteristic to cloud his Minds hence the Biased Ruling.

  7. This Iddrisu guy clearly has no understanding of the law or the topic he’s discussing. Ghanaian media needs to do a better job by bringing in specialists who are actually knowledgeable in specific topics, rather than just any communicator. Too often, we’re stuck listening to political lackeys who push agendas without offering real insight. This a very critical time in our democracy and we can’t have BLOCKHEADS confuse us. We deserve better. Peace ✌️

  8. The MP(s)-have not cross Carpet– the next Parliament is not yet in – so how come the Speaker says these MP-s in a way must vacate their seat ?– is it not Ridiculous ?– Bagbin instead of acting neutral– seat in judgment there — for once at a time I heard the Speaker Bagbin come out LOUDLY to be in support of the ANTIGAYSM BILL.
For Kweku Ansah Asare– I find him most often talking at Government.

  9. A vote for Bawumia is essentially a third term for Nana Addo, with the risk of continued corruption and mismanagement. John Mahama stands as the alternative, committed to resetting Ghana and steering it towards a better future.
