Ingredients :
MOZAMBICAN SPICE
• Onion 1 small
• Red bell pepper (optional) 1 medium
• Garlic cloves 7-8
• Coriander 1/2 cup
• Dried red Chilli (soaked in warm water) 8-9
• Salt 1 tbsp
• Kashmiri red Chilli 1.5 tbsp
• Paprika 1.5 tbsp
• Oregano 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice 3 tbsp
• Oil 1/4 cup
• Chicken ½ kg
• Cooked rice 1 cup
Method :
Prepare mix and make a fine paste. Now add cuts to your chicken and marinate for 2 hours. Bake or grill it till the chicken is cooked.
