Go ask cheddar 😀😀😀…. U go explain taya
The real estate industry in Accra is extremely shady. It’s mostly money laundering and Ponzi schemes.
This guy is mad
Welcome to Laundering 101 😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Sika laundering nkoaa!.
Money laundering
Hard truth. It's a fact. Reason most people are rich yet unable to invest in industries to reduce unemployment among the youth. Most rich cannot genuinely account for their source hence unable to open up on their wealth.
Wild, wild claim. He must have been out of town for a while, so out of touch. Today's Ghana is different from the one you left years ago, my brother. Welcome back, but start by taking some time to learn from those who have been around. You're gravely mistaken if you think "most" Ghanaians make their money through illegal means. You have no clue. Good luck!
We work hard in the wrong country
Ask Hajia for real on making money genuinely
The politicians are washing their money there. That’s the new way
@HeadlessYoutuber it’s not enough that you are headless, you really have to add that annoying screeching voice? I believe you will be an even more successful vlogger if you took out that irritating voice. I can never watch your videos for more than 30secs, and I’m sure there are many others like me.
Bro brought back $130,000 to ghana thinking they will call him odogu…lol, cecilia dapaa alone had $1million in her house
The individuals in the country get money more than the government…but most Ghanaians travel alot and make money….in Ghana, when U make money, they start dragging u n accuse unnecessarily….Most people will never tell you,the key to their wealth and they are simple…..eg.the secret wealth of a family i know,is a gold given by their grandparents which was invested over and over… remember there are hustlers on the street…
In Ghana here only your salary can not make you rich
facts oo, come and take toffee
It’s a fact,
Massa stop right there. $130,000 can build you a decent house in Prampram or Afienya. So why waste our time to listen to this bitter story. You choose to leave in those affluent areas so deal with it.
😂😂When people say Ghana make hot i wonder. Are you sure. Kw333 people are chilling ruf ruf
This is what I hate about these diaspora people. They go there and start thinking everyone back home is poor and can’t afford anything. See nonsense. People are here doing genuine business and make real real money even by sleeping, Kwasia if your poor just admit your poor and you are not at the level of purchasing homes in those prime area. Go and get land at Kasoa and build with your $130k and leave people to think. See Jon with his braces saying Ghanaians can’t afford. Before u even were born people were making millions. You even had to go to USA to go hustle if you clean some old women’s toilet or be a janitor sef who knows you brought your $130k here calling us cheap. See Jon.
SOMEBODY FOR CHOP EIN GIRL ADD
WE DON'T PLAY IN ACCRA 😅😅😅
MONEY LAUNDERING nkoaaaa😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Not to offend anybody. But one thing that I have noticed about Ghanaians and the people of Ghana is they have a strong push back against any criticism or statement that does not favor them be it constructive or otherwise. Okay so as somebody who is actually building a real estate property in Ghana and trying to invest in real estate in American I believe I have a front row seat to have an input on the matter. First of all, the size of the Ghanaian economy isn’t big enough to produce billionaires in Ghana. When we look at economics. in a country of 30+ million people with an economy of about 70 billion dollars, it doesn’t make sense for people who’s primary businesses are in Ghana should be earning hundreds of millions of dollars. Unfortunately at this very moment there are no billion dollar companies or enterprises originating from Ghana that’s first of all. Secondly a country cannot cater to only the 0.005 percent of the population and leave the rest of the 99+% people in adjunct poverty and hope to expand its economy. That doesn’t work , there won’t be enough people to support a healthy and growing economy. The reason China was able to develop rapidly, America. Or even Europe was able to become rich is because they make sure to spread out wealth to more people within the economy. Ghana catering to the ultra rich and foreigners is the most unsustainable move that any leadership in a country can do. They need to figure out how to reduce poverty by certain margins and create a healthy middle class economy for the average citizens who will be able to hold and grow its economy into the future. Anybody becoming ultra rich in Ghana at this point isn’t solely becoming rich completely legal, with the exception of few individuals and companies who actually fill a demand and need. The other thing is as a builder who tracks every single cedi/dollar that I spend, houses in Ghana should not be costing 200k+ dollars to purchase. Ghanaian who build are looking to make over 200% percent returns on invest and that leaves room for irregularities and illegalities to step in. There needs to be regulations on how we price lands, and how much profit margins people can make from building and selling. We need to build and create an economy that bring the average citizens into participate not to sideline them and have them spectate and that is why there is so much dishonesty and thievery going on in Ghana because if you don’t resort to those things you won’t be able to survive. The other thing is these outsiders are being over glamorized and the perception is they are all rich and can afford these things, however that is very far from the reality of the matter. The majority if not 90% of the people from abroad do not have the amount of cash that these Ghanaians think they do. In abroad most people are living off credits and loans. Their bills are high and their incomes are not so big that they can save 100s of thousands sitting in their accounts to just come and buy houses in Ghana. In American a lot of people do not even have enough in their savings to cover 6 moths of bills. People that travel to Ghana most likely are borrowing the money to visit Ghana or save up for a long time to come to Ghana and have fun. I think Ghanaians need to put their citizens first and focus on building a country for the citizens and stop looking outside to save the country. These outsiders do not have enough interest or desire to do for the country that a born and bred citizen would and that is my strong sentiment. Ghanaians are plagued with poor and evil leaderships that come to do more harm than good to the country. But I do not blame any individual or government per say, I blame a weak and immature constitution that needs to be amended to stop centralizing power and actually have rules that effectively punish wrong doings rather than turn a blind eye to it.
Hahaha, welcome to reality, In Ghana everyone is a scammer cos if u check the expenditure and the earnings its not equal kwraaa.
Why you talking dollars. We're in Ghana
Ghanaians are magicians 😂😂😂
People are buying lands in adenta dollars and People are buying them easily. look at how terrible the system is but still people building all over.the least land in accra is 1.5 billion old cedis.
Lets be truthful to ourselves. Our problems are even dangerous than politicians.
Parties come and go but the mafias àre permanent at post
Government workers are building houses all over.
It is madness.
Ghanaians are rich just making noise and complaining
Stupid talk. Looks like he thinks living a loose life abroad and depending on credit to buy stuff is what happens in Ghana. From the days of our great grandfathers, we have bought and paid straight cash. Look at this ignorant fool saying Ghanaians do not make their money genuinely. You cannot afford something, so you make a stupid statement! Lazy man!!! Mtcheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeew!!
This is in every country… Why didn't he try in the USA or wherever he was. He would have seen worse than this. And those who are buying this kind of apartment aren't local Ghanaians they are either foreigners who have relocated into ghana or the big men in Ghana or even the fraud boys… Chale Ghanaian's are poor but we aren't that poor
I don’t know why I’m laughing 😂😂😂😂
My man go get a land and build your own apartment/house
Them go finish their project then write to God be the Glory 😂😂
and so?

Nkwasiasem akwaakwa!!
In this world if you don’t think out the box 📦 you will never get money. Most people think working and saving makes you rich lol
Pls how do they use the real estate to clean up their money, pls explain, I want to know more
How will the young Ghanaian survive? NPP politicians have stolen so much money and hidden it in real estate. The gap between the rich and the poor is widening. Politicians, people with political links and Ghanaians living in the diaspora are the only ones buying these properties. Thr poor Ghanaian is getting poorer
Hi there what up
