I'd increase population density more people more economy more jobs I guess those people need hospitals and schools too investing in their economic and educational and finance basically become an economic hub for Africa I guess it's so close to the west of Africa amazing location just no life I guess that's why people are leaving plus jobs but the less people the less jobs 😅
