See what was wasted in the Police force. With such brain Owino could not even be appointed as the IG or even being the chairman of Kenya Police Services. This is the first X police officer with a depth of International, socioeconomic and political Science knowkedge amongst others. Kagwanja is just full of tribal connotations of living in denial of the truth and reality. Willis is just in his releavnt field and is doing it well.

Kenyans undignified bad manners at Addis: A dignified, solemn and diplomatic event that Kenyans turned into Village Theatrics.
From first hand account from an Ethiopian who said he followed raila when he came to addis to campaign for the seat. During question time Raila kept talking about the past as though there was no future for the continent. He said Raila kept refering to 1964 unbeknowst to him thats many years ago many Africans especially the youth of today were not born as if Africa does not have a future, and the continent is 70% youth. so they could not understand the reference to 1964. he also said raila kept confusing names.
On the day of the AU election he said Kenyans who went to Addis; really annoyed alot of people., They were closing roads to celebrate and dance. The hotel Kenyans were staying at, there were so many Kenyans and their Behavior was annoying and intolerable. They were so loud at the hotel that they were singing and dancing in celebration before the vote; saying Raila was going to win. He said the kenyans invited him to the party saying raila is going to win. He said there were so many that they were even blocking the streets and dancing. Outside the AU building kenyans were out there singing and dancing that shocked many people. This was meant to be a dignified moment but Kenyans brought their bad manners to this occasion that shocked even ethiopians
He said he was at a resturant and Raila walked in with so many people and they were loud dancing and celebrating and that annoyed alot of people and thats the history of Odinga in Kenya. He said Raila celebrates too soon before the conclusion of a campaign and then this tragedy happens. He said besides the work Raila has done in the past he will be known as an African who keeps campaigning and losing. He said after the election, at the hotel Kenyans were they were in a bad mood, disappointed.
Why would Ruto and Raila allow this. What was the need for this delegation while Yousuf who won

I am not Kenyan, but I like to keep my eyes and ears open. I am also of the mind that what affects Kenya affects its neighbors. Baba is now an elder whose views matter from a rocking chair. Young Kenyans can treasure Baba without tearing down President Ruto. Leadership as tradition teaches us is a gift from our creator. So, nothing went wrong, "what went wrong?" is nothing more than a talking point for talking heads.
My friend Charles Owino had a deficiency in intellectual capacity, Kenya as a State has no diplomatic relations with its counterparts . This tokenism by political regrets will get us nowhere!!
Raila was NOT the preferred candidate. He did not perform superbly during the interview. Raila is NOT a manager! He does not have a career trajectory in GOVERNANCE. I watched the interview, and I can tell you Raila was NOT the right fit!!
