Since then, a relative calm has returned to the coastal city.
And now an economic boom is fuelling a surge in property development.
Al Jazeera’s Catherine Soi reports from Mogadishu, Somalia.

The invest of these buildings belongs to terrorists Shabab and sea pirates. Somalia administration is still under African peacekeeper so only powerful groups who have relatives with these terrorists can build for example Mahad Salad head of Somali security Service his close uncle is the head of Shabab security head office in city Jilib and they immediate communication and doing sustainable business in interest of their groups and relatives Hawiye tribe. NYT reported last year that Shabab is doing and collecting taxes more than that of the government 120,000 million dollars , so here is the where the money come from.

Somalia people’s are like idiots, they don’t have ethical, personal, professional, material knowledge and they don’t having cultural things, they’re hungry people, they don’t have foods and medicines that’s why they’re here in Europe. They don’t have materials wealth and humanity wealth.. no one respects them in Europe… they talking and eating food like idiots and animals like dogs ..
they are here in Europe not because they don’t have a country/ their country been invaded by military powers..
