6 spoon Mloukhia
1 cup olive oil
6 pcs lauriel leaves
Meat Beef
1 tbsp.spices
1 tbsp coriander and curway
1 spoon of tomato paste
1 tbsp. yellow powder
1 tsp.salt to taste
one litter or one caserol small
procedure :
in a big caserol put together the mloukhia ,olive
oil ,6 pcs of lauriel mix until smooth
