  1. Sentenced for what they did to these men, not what the department has been doing to all of the community for decades, as proven. The light was only shone on them, because they shot the guy in the face and couldn't cover it up. The whole system is rotten, from root to fruits and is always a Southerner behind such evils. Yeah, I said it.

  2. The six former officers also pleaded guilty to state charges against them stemming from the same January 2023 incident. They await sentencing on the state charges.

  3. The reporting person should also be investigated for how authentic his/her report was. In addition, the CFS/Call For Service log retained by the Police dispatch/radio communications division should be exposed to the media, the public and the victim families. In exposing the said there will most likely be a automated (and paper) trail of corruption committed between the goon-squad-thugs and the radio/dispatch employee who took the call reporting the (allegations of) the two black men residing at the home of a "white woman." By the gathering of the CFS, the actual time and log number, along with the time the call was dispatched and the names of all the officers that received the radio call can be completely investigated as a follow-up. One would have to be blind to not consider that a radio dispatch employee played a considerable part in assisting the goons by directing them to the location/address of the heinous crime perpetuated upon the two innocent victims. Lastly the call made by the reporting party was recorded as required by the police department's radio/dispatch. The recording should be released to the media and public under the "need to know" provision. All involved parties to the incident should be exposed for a complete closure.
