True, as someone who LOVE SPICY FOOD, the chicken sandwich has left me feeling disappointed. However it depends on which area u bought the food. Its either they lessen the spice for reasons or depend on the cook/area . My first chicken sandwich, everything was spicy. The chicken, the sos, and it's crunchy when u bite it. It's the perfect sandwich I ever eaten. I'm not a sandwich person, so it's rare for me to enjoy a sandwich type of food. So when I was craving for the same menu, it was disappointing to see the same place I praised for making me like a spicy chicken sandwich into a bland one. Bought it 2 times at the same place 1 month apart n still it's bland as hell. A few months later, I tried giving a different jollibee area a chance to see if the sandwich recipe changed or not. This one did not disappoint. If anything, it's almost tastes identical to the one I first bought.
So if u bought a chicken sandwich and felt disappointed with how low the spice level is despite being named as a spice food. Try different jollibee area in ur country. You never know until u try it.
I never would've expected they'd rate it like it's from a Michelin star restaurant. The way rhey describe fhe appearance, taste, and texture is just so detailed.
jolli spag main market are kids. a lot of grown people does not like it. try the spaghetti with kids.
They should try it in the Philippines.

That's not fair. There's a spicy version of that chicken. Even I would say it lacks taste until you get the spicy version.

To be honest and I’m a Filipino too I’d rather have Popeyes chicken than my beloved Jollibee ,Popeyes is just rich with flavours and Popeyes Gravy is top notch and the price difference too Here in Canada Jollibee is over priced than Popeyes in my experience
They did not mix the Palabok properly, and c´mon you don´t use lemon or lime you use calimansi!

Well we are Austronesian not Asian so traditionally we don’t have spicy food. Jollibee outside of the PI is bad. I tried it when in Edinburgh last summer. Horrible. Dirty and only Indians working there🤣🤣🤣
I live in Miami, and there are sorts of South Americans in the area.
My favorite people are the Mexicans.
They work so hard without complaining.
I go to their produce market, they will not scam you.
As a Filipino, I'm never mad when someone doesn't like the spaghetti lol. I was never a fan as kid when my tita's all kept trying to force feed it to me! 😩🙄🤣
