  1. TBD l changed my haircut, to short crop a few years back fortunately I’m all grey and a full head of crop, and last month ditched the shaver too. LOL it’s a quick once over with the Flymo (pets clippers really) 😂😂😂😂 no dye no products, l do wear hats, bobble when or flat cap when working. Recently l found dads hats straw, Trilby it might be a short brimmed Fedora, heading to 70 at the speed of light, basically my view is I’m happy and you don’t need to look at me. ❤ Think I’ll be getting more hats 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

  2. Great content, Chris. Nadine is a natural on camera and a great interviewee. I get my hair cut every four weeks by a hairdresser and very good friend I was at school with. Like so many other skills, once you have found someone who does a great job, you stick with them and appreciate how special they are. Strangely, I won’t let anyone trim my beard but me. After 40 years of practice, I can manage that myself perfectly every time. As well as a haircut, it is the curse of excess hair growth on eyebrows, ears and nostrils that we older gents should also regularly deal with if we want to stay well groomed. I just wish it would instead grow on the top of my head where I need it!😂

  3. Looking good Chris, love the pink shirt with that jacket and square.
I was mortified when my hair thinned really quickly when I was 26 so tried as much as possible to have it cut in way that disguised it. I did that for about 6 months and then shaved it off.
I really though that was it, I was doomed to spending my life looking dreadful but was surprised when nobody treated me any differently.
I was even told by some of the women I dated that they much preferred a man with a shaved head.
I guess the best advice is to work with what you've got and don't worry too much. Find a good hairdresser and trust their judgement. My hair was always too wavy and too light for my liking but I used to have a style that suited my face shape and that was enough.
If I could grow it back now I'd still shave it all off.

  4. I once dyed my hair black and got the nickname "Astro Boy" from my co-workers. Ha! I get "wings" if my hair is too long so 1-2 weeks is max if I want to keep decent. I can sometimes push it to 3 weeks if I just trim the wings, but you must avoid the cycle of clean cut to unkept, rather you want to look tidy every week. If your hair is a little unkept it is important to keep clean shaven. If my wings start on the head, and the bottom of my face has three day growth it all looks very bad, but just shaving the face makes even a slightly unkept head look cleaner.

  5. I'n lucky in my fifties to still have some left up top. I get my haircut every 5-6 weeks & I was due for a trim last weekend but my stylist had just broken her arm, bless her, which leaves me in rather a quandary. I agree, if you want a decent mens haircut get a woman to do it. Too many £12 quid shave & a fade barbers.
