  1. . . . a pocket of unusual performances, particularly at one program, is a PED issue . . . there's a steroid abuse issue here for sure. Looking at the change in musculature of these athletes, they are using steroid of some type.

  2. It is still not the FASTEST; something is lacking; I CAN LOWER THIS BY A MINIMUM OF 30% as my strides exceed that of a LION (at this time).
BUT, I HAVE NOWHERE TO SHOWCASE THESE TALENTS; BREAKING OF WORLD RECORDS TIMES BY AT LEAST 30% FROM 50M-1500M +!!!

  3. What a great 4 by 100 . . . but how very sad the anchor leg couldn't finish it without celebrating (taunting or showing off?) a few meters out from the finish line. I recall Carl Lewis pulling up short, gliding in, in a 200m race where he'd have easily broken Pietro Minnea's 19.72 longstanding 200 WR. Lewis would go on to NEVER hold the WR in the 200. It sort of reminds me of the modern football player, several of whom have actually dropped the ball before passing over the goal line for a TD to start their celebratory shows. Gosh, what has the world come to when some people can't wait a few hundredths of a second before they do a dance or something.

  4. Well…..I tend to agree, but of course, the biggest opponent they have is their own egos…….how about finishing strong through the tape AND, how about passing the baton within the zone……..if they actually do that and act professional then its possible they can re-write the NCAA record book……but acting cocky and taunting at the end of races, well, good luck in breaking any records……..and will be poster Childs of how not to behave on the track……….
