This is a savoury Sudanese porridge that is rich in calcium.
INGREDIENTS LIST:
3-4 tablespoons natural Greek yoghurt
2 cups plain flour
1- ½ cups milk2
¾-1 cup sugar
Salt to taste (roughly ¼ teaspoon optional) 3
1 tablespoon cooking oil (or butter/margarine)
