  7. I've been binge watching and I'm loving it here!
    A couple of my favorite healthy meals are:
    1.) Pan seared salmon on a caesar salad
    2.) Broccoli cauliflower cheese bake with roasted chicken

  9. Hopefully, you will see this. Just curious as to why you chose to use feta cheese in your southwestern salad. Is it higher in protein or just a preference?

  13. I made a southern salad. It was so good. I use romaine lettuce, shredded carrots , cheese, diced chicken, diced red and green bell peppers ,black beans and tortilla strips. I made the southern west dressing from scratch it was so delicious 😋. I don't mind eating it for a couple of days but after a while I get tired eating the same thing. But I finish what I'm already prepared and then I cook a new dish. I'm drinking lots of lemon water . Thanks for your videos I appreciate you.😊
