Recommend using old fashioned oats instead of instant, it will be creamier and less watery in the morning. I love your prep.

I made a southern salad. It was so good. I use romaine lettuce, shredded carrots , cheese, diced chicken, diced red and green bell peppers ,black beans and tortilla strips. I made the southern west dressing from scratch it was so delicious 😋. I don't mind eating it for a couple of days but after a while I get tired eating the same thing. But I finish what I'm already prepared and then I cook a new dish. I'm drinking lots of lemon water . Thanks for your videos I appreciate you.😊
