That sausage Patty definitely looks different than the US version. I eat enough McDonald's. I'm familiar with them. Also, as far as the mega McMuffin use the app, order the $4 breakfast value meal sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin. But add Canadian bacon to the muffin. Muffin it cost a dollar. Also get a packet of their picante sauce. Put that on the McMuffin and you got a very good $5 breakfast.
