I work on a urology ward in the U.S. and these issues are more common than people think. We see patients of all ages with ureteral blockages requiring stenting, insertion of suprapubic catheters (like the one this gentleman has)
Nephrestomy tubes etc. Also, these urinary issues tend to recur, unfortunately. Praying that this young man gets some relief and stability.

Shalom, I sympathize with this family. This sounds to me like dialysis. His kidneys are not functioning properly to remove waste. How does he eat and what? Certain people are very sensitive in their body. I know things are hard but sometimes in these situations abstaining from meat and substituting more fruit and vegetables helps.
