MANGO ACHAR💯
Green Mangos 🥭
1 Tbsp Coarse Salt
1/2 Cup Achar Spice
1 Tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
1 Tsp Achar Salt
1 Tbsp Dried Garlic Flakes
1 Tbsp Dried Chillie Flakes
Vegetable Oil
1/2 Tsp Achar Dye Oil

  1. Cut mango into small and bigger pieces then add 1 table spoon salt
    Transfer it to a bucket
    Close for 14 days
    After 14 days open the bucket and strain water
    Add masala1/2
    Mix mix mix
    Cover wit plastic add led ontop ufake bhakedeni umbonye
    For another 14 days
    Add I TBS funugreek seed
    Add garlic flakes
    TBS achor salt
    Dried chilli
    Mix
    Vegetable oil add anchor dye. Add oil ontop then keep for 3 to 4 days and save

  2. So you have achar in 32 days? This is far too long. With your soaking in 14 days and another 14 days with no preservative added, the mango will smell and taste 'off'. Achar can be made in just 2 days!

  3. This Recipe is quite different from the West Indies Version, but looks delicious all the same . The Preparation time is a bit long seeing that it looks sooo good, not sure if I wouldn’t start EATING IT BEFORE IT’S READY !!!👍❤️❤️😆😁😁
