Scary thing is, is that I sometimes visit this pier to surf
No rescue team nearby, no rescue equipment available , sea is rough at the given time, to top it all he is not a good swimmer at all ……. n he jumps into the sea ….. what else wud u expect …. shear disrespect for the elements

There’s a video of a guy who did a similar thing jumping off at a pier at Durban Beach,South Africa.
His Friends recorded & watched him drown.
A clear example of fucking up and finding out. Being a good swimmer or not, he was plainly stupid..
But why aren't there life rings on the Pier? Simple
I surf and dive in that exact spot often. There is a very strong rip current right there. He had no chance. Sorry brother 🙁

It's sad, but this I why you learn when to go swimming and when to only make your feet wet. You could see he wasn't very good swimmer. If water was calmer he probably could've swam out. RIP
