It's very pathetic to hear Julius Malema talking in this way concerning South Africans. He has a name today as Julius Malema the(politian ) through South Africans. He was elected, supported and elevated by South Africans to be were he is today, he's now discounting South Africans. Hostel is a building that has water and electricity, it needs to be maintained, you can't just walk in and out like a cow and don't pay nothing. You now have a strong hold on South Africans who live in hostels that they rent hostels, and intimidate them by saying as long as they pay rent for buildings as hostels, water and electricity they're foreigners, no my brother you're losing a point there.
