This is a delicious shrimp dish from Madagascar. In Malagasy we call it Vary sy Laoka. Vary means rice and Laoka (pronounced Loc) is what you eat with the rice. There are so many delicious Laoka. This is just one of our favorites. You can substitute the shrimp with chicken or other protein if youโ€™d like. Note: The coconut milk we use comes inโ€ฆ
