  1. To anyone reading, Christ loves you so much that is why he gave His life in place for you. He came to save the sinners and all who think they are lost. His arms are always open, just open up your heart.

  2. In southern parts of the USA, this is a staple, though we store it dried & cook as we go. It never occurred to me to cook it and freeze in balls like this. We call dried bleached corn hominy, which if it coarsely ground we call it "grits" or a it can be course flour too. We used to cook it like this & eat it with salt/butter, sometimes milk too. Some people serve it thin, but I always liked it thick & chewy, served with fried eggs~

  3. Wow interesting! In Zimbabwe we take maize flour dry as it is we make a paste add hot water then add, either peanut butter,/ butter/ margarine sugar , milk . We can also use butter/ margarine and squeeze lemon juice. The one where we slightly ferment the maize flour paste we call sour porridge. But we don't strain . We cook it as it is. Wow .l love what l have learnt about the Ghanaian version.
