If I'm not mistaken the actual name of the" calabash" is also called GOUD.
What makes the colour change?

In Mexico we call it a guaje. The drink looks similar to atole.
Love your video you got me hooked on Africa keep up the good work
Thank you so much for spreading the love
this is alcoholic. it's being naturally fermented with natural local yeast. adding the fermented version to the new assures a regular mix of good probiotics. very healthy
That is not calabash. it is called a gourd. The calabash is t he ekuraa or etrei in ewe that is used in seving palm wine.
Good job
I love this!
Is it the same sprouted corn that she mixed with water before adding to the boiling one on the stove? Because it seems something else was added to her that thickness.
Please what's Auntie Dede's contact if somebody wants to place an order.
What about the browning of sugar, I didn’t see that one
Very neat! Good job sis ❤
ประเทศกานามีข้าวไม่คลับ

❤❤♥♥♥♥♥👌👌
Great video, I’m trying this recipe today for the first time, I hope it comes out nice. Pls can I make a video of how she makes the fan milk with the corn? I’m curious to try it out at home
Wonderful. In Togo, you know its done when there is no more foam on top.
As for the color togolese are used to, ours is dark brown, almost black. We call it "Liha". The dark color comes from the last step of the way we prepare it: we put sugar in small amount of water to have caramel. CAUTION: the caramel shouldnt burn bcoz of bitterness. Before the caramel goes thick, we pour the hot corn drink on it, stirring it continuously until the caramel dissolves. Then u sugar to taste.
Some women cut thin round slices of lemon before serving it very chilled with ice cubes. 🇹🇬🇹🇬
My favourite drink
Tatiana you’re a natural and I absolutely love what you’re doing. Love the infusion and yes she’s a Queen ❤️❤️❤️ Pray for more success your way
It called gourd.half of it is calabash

The fanmilk recipe she is talking about it true ingredients for it includes corn starch which is from the corn she is using and LP (Nido) as she said very original I love 😘 that
that a gourd not calabash
Please tell the lady yelling about disciplining the little boy in 7:19 to please have some mercy!
Her asaana looks so beautifully rich and creamy! All recipes I have found are thin and watery. Do I just double my corn? Boil longer? I want mine to be like hers!
I like the drink cos l drink it at balogun in Lagos

The thing is called calabash
