Sad but too be honest in my many travels across the world Ive found that building codes and safety codes compared to USA, IN Third world countries essentially have ZERO SAFETY STANDARDs or enforcement in comparison to Merica, Not making fun, or ridiculing, just saying, thats Reality! Japan had the most stringent, yet most safe, SAFETY STANDARDS and ENFORCEMENT! The entire world needs to Learn EARTHQUAKE CONSTRUCTION from them, they have 100s year old buildings still standing and they average the most earthquakes annually more than any orher country Ive lived, including Merica!!
