The M23 rebels have called on the government of the Democratic Republic of Congo to hold direct talks with them in order to end the conflict in the country’s east.
The rebels called for a dialogue to address the root causes of the conflict after capturing Bukavu – the second-largest city in eastern DRC.

Rwanda's own former Army Chief, Kayumba Nyamwasa, worked under Kagame and said that 95% of FDLR are in the Rwandan Army. He said he knows this because he hired them himself and they needed experienced soldiers when they were rebuilding the Rwandan military. This FDLR accusatiom by Kagame is such nonsense. The same people he says are a threat to his country are the same people he pays to watch him whilst he sleeps.
Let the M23 go back to Rwanda and start engaging for dialogue from Rwanda as stipulated in the Angola/Nairobi peace agreement or else they just bullying with the DRC government. Foreigners invade a sovereign, well established government, killed a governor, rapped women, killed thousands of innocent civilians now pretended to engage in a dialogue with the government. What kind of norm or culture is that?. This situation where Rwanda taking congo for granted will soon have bigger implications on them

DRC needs to form a unity government, the winner takes it all by Tshikedi has cost him dearly. A peoples army that will include all rebels needs to be looked into. A strong army which is patriotic should be formed and with well educated nationalists.
M23 can do talk to PK. They should take over the country and explain to Congolese want they want. Congolese are waiting for them in Kinshasa if they think people like them. How many FDLR that Rwanda has captured so far?
