  1. Uganda is more civilized and can have decent interview us Congolese mentally we have been brain washed by tribalism by our leaders for power all we want is equal right and justice for all Congolese citizens so refugee can go home and everyone can live in peace Kinshasa is marginalizing and persecuting the Congolese Tutsi for a long time it’s enough that’s the reason why m23 is fighting for their right..

  2. There is an ellusion that it’s about ethnic issues in Congo by those that are happy now like that gen. While the issues are basically economic, these guys will always deny until the last day

  3. Oyo owa NUP Abawade sente meka okumutekako ayogereko? Abo bebagala Uganda 🇺🇬 eberemu ebizibu kati oyogera mbu naye alwanirira Borders ya Uganda ne Congo!! nga ate bebagamba nti ADF tebaliyo mu Congo bebagamba nti Uganda erimukuba Gold.

  4. Governance has remain the main cause of continue conflict in Africa. We must stop blaming others for our failures and take full responsibility. If these conflicts must stop, Governments have to accept our history (by incoporating our differences) and redistribute the resources of the lands to the benefit of ALL.

  5. To retaliate the historical and contemporary situation is prevalent in the region DRC and Rwanda ought to be careful with the situation for DRC leadership about the Tutsi citizenship in DRC. At the same time Rwanda has to refrain from framing and arming greived groups in the region.

  6. Tutsis or banamulenge are DRC fellows. They are congolese. Where the anxiety steps in is when they'd like to take the biggest portion of the DRC Leadership. We have more than 350 ethnies. We cannot allow one single ethnie to claim the biggest favours just bcz they are in more than one country. No and never. They have been too spoiled by their previous pupert Government
    Things need to evolve for the interests of all.

  7. Kagame took power killing a seating president and inciting unprecendent killing of millions of his country fellows whose fate he continued to fake to advance his unhuman and greedy behaviours towards his people and neighnouring nations. He even goes further, arming militia to exploit DRC ressources

  8. Very Great analysis

    However the questions still remain

    1. What is the end game for M23?

    2. Can they form a government? The answer is No!

    3. Will the weak Kinshasa government agree for talks to the crisis?

  9. I am baffled by the Poor Discipline exhibited by the General in the Interview;
    1. Focused on his mobile phone while being questioned on Live National TV
    2. Picking his nails
    3. His entire demeanor and general presentation.

    Coming from an institution which is or rather should be mostly and highly disciplined in the country; He is a disgrace to the army of Uganda.
