Felix calls the M23 a shell organization, because he knows Kagame, Musevani Katanga and the Sanctioned Rwandan General's are all Tutsi pursuing their 30 Year goal of having the Congo leader capitulate control of Eastern Congo to Kagame.
Unlike Joseph Kabila, Felix has NEVER seen this as acceptable, therefore a 3rd Congo War is brewing, this time, just like last time, Kinshasa has the Pan African Sahel, alongside it's Chinese and Russian friend's as solid intelligence and surveillance support.
And he has gotten every European country except France to distance themselves from supporting Kagame.
It was a big win to offer a carrot to Trump to get him to not support Kagame.
Felix trips to Burundi and Angola, his support from Tchad, Mali and Senegal can be very effective, as these Battle tested General's can devise a battle plan first, then launch an agressive counter offensive to get rid of the M23 once and for all.
I believe in Felix effective diplomatic week, and the capable Pan African force he's building for this challenge.
He has the support of Mali, Tchad, Angola, Zimbabwe Tanzania and hopefully the Ethiopian and Egyptian brother's. Supported by 60k True Congo Patriots to create the True Pan African Model as the Son's and Daughter's of Patrice Lumumba.
He's actually building Pan Africanism against his Failed European and failed Congo Elite model of many year's.

On Kagame's involvement in Eastern DRC:
1. Just this week, the US govt imposed sanctions on James Kabarebe, the most senior Minister in Kagame's govt. He was identified as the central figure in Rwanda’s support for M23.
2. UN experts on the ground have reported for several years that they have "solid evidence" that Kagame supports M23, despite repeated denials.
3. The M23 have been photographed with RDF regalia in the past.
4. People who used to serve in the RDF and the Rwandan govt with Kagame (e.g Lieutenant-General Kayumba Nyamwasa) have said they're 100% sure he's involved in M23.
5. Kagame's answers on this issue have been evasive and pretty much admissions of complicity e.g in an interview on CNN two weeks ago, he told Larry Madowo that doesn't know whether there are Rwandan troops in eastern DRC supporting M23.
The command-in-chief of RDF doesn't know whether troops answerable to him are away waging war (with at least hundreds of casualties monthly) in a neighboring country!

Thanks to the Congolese people. I think the best to resolve this issue , SADC and other organisations must just help and chose for elections between Nangaa and Tshisekedi . People will chose than to send soldiers. M23 are not rebels
