  1. I go to the thrift store in men’s section to get nice quality dress shirts and ect you would of thought I spent 10k for my outfit when in reality I only spent 5 dollars

  2. It's hard for it to be considered "luxury" when it looks so damn bad! Some of these outfits are HIDEOUS, but stick some logos and a designer label on it, and BAM! There goes your money … 😵‍💫

  3. I think the most glaring diconnect in that Gucci plates advert is the clothes she wears. Classic cuts, no ostentatious brand logos. Timeless style isntead of the style they offer to poor people who just buy that stuff as status symbols.

  4. I never understood why people felt they had to "look rich". It just makes you an easy target to get robbed. Might as well put a sign on your back that says, "rob me, im rich." Thats why so many people in the hood get robbed and killed, cause their flashing their chains, Jordan's, and flaunting their physical cash on their stupid social media's just asking to get robbed.😂

  5. All these people on here saying rich people wear regular clothers. Listen!!

Wearing regular clothers wont make you rich, wake up from that dream.😂😂

They are rich because of what they do not what they wear.

I only live once, and i want to eat, travel and wear all what i want now coz therell never be another chance to do that.

  6. I love expensive clothing, they are nice and they last trust me. I dont shop every now and then like women.

I can go for 3 years without buying a single clothing item, but when i do buy,i buy pricy ones coz they last.

My girlfriend once made noise the whole night when i came back with 3 undies worth R1000 😂😂😂.

But guess what, ive had them for years and i dont know how many times she has changed hers.

  7. Brilliant video & comments below are on point – at the end of the day it's about getting in good shape, getting clothes that fit well and buying quality materials (without designer labels & inflated prices slapped on them). Thanks for making this my guy 🤟🏼

  8. Honestly real luxury is not having to worry the price, whether designer or not. Real rich people (new money) buy things without having to meticulously calculate anything at all. They just spend and spend 😂 while classy and *old money are those who are more concerned in extending their wealth through empires and generations than being concerned with their pricey items.

  9. Vanity is one of the ugliest parts of humans. Minds so small and unoriginal that they completely lack self-validation, only seeking external validation for their pathetic existence. Modernity has brought the worthlesness of an average human being into central place in society. Celebrating those who are just as original as cockroaches.

  10. The problem here is that, these so called luxury brands, are not luxury at all. Almost nobody is aware, that luxury should be connected with real quality and what I mean by saying quality? Quality products are products, that you can wear for almost lifetime, but these crap being sold by Big brands to not so bright people, it is really so sad showing downfall of human dignity and people don´t mind losing dignity at all. That is the reason I stopped respecting people long time ago. I don´t want to hurt or insult anyone, but really, human race behave like scum and this is not attractive at all. No wonder, that most people can´t even form a true relationship. This is not possible without having a true class, dignity and healthy self-esteem. In old formal days, men used to wear suits and ladies dresses, which was much more serious and logical. Expensive formal fashion from traditional small tailors has also ultimate quality, so it lasts lifetime. And no, it is no truth, that formal fashion is not comfortable. It is, if you know, how to wear it properly. Well, it is people´s destiny to destroy themselves. Nowadays, you go outside and everything is so depresing, because people are ugly wearing this so called luxury fashion made for the masses. In true essence, people pay a lot of money for looking like homeless, gangsters, rappers etc, but it is pointless to tell that anybody. Nobody just cares and listen.

  11. I don't think it's good idea to wear luxury to a job interview. A neat outfit following the dress code would be appropriate, which can be quite affordable. You would want the interviewer to see you, not your outfit.

  12. 😮Wow sir, this was so well done. I myself have teetered back and forth on high end and luxury items because intellectually I understand (and agree with your observations) but emotionally for likely the reasons you mentioned (we are like animals) as you become successful it’s a way to show you can afford these items.

I absolutely agree this is marketed to the middle class. I know it’s all marketing, especially with industrial capabilities these days and world trade, ect🙃 That’s exactly why I prefer to shop high end and low end, luxury to bargain and splurge only where I feel it’s warranted. I personally don’t understand those who only purchase luxury as though it’s better simply by its costs. I found that to not need true. I judge each piece for quality and price and decide on that.

  13. Another thing to look at is, it depends on the person’s values and preference. I am neither poor nor rich but luxury goods never appealed to me. They’re beautiful but I rather buy unbranded, plain stuff.

  14. You have to be dumb if you're paying ££££s for a bag or a T.
There's a cost of living crisis going on at the moment, so I'd rather save mine, instead of paying ££££s for something i could get for a lot less and it'll probably be more useful.
You need to know how the game is played, and not fall for it.
    Save your money.

  15. The CEO of Neiman Marcus all but said they will exclusively ctaer to the top 2 % of their buyers who account for 40 % of their business. Those buyers spend on average $28K a year. Louis Vuitton has trunks that can easily cost six figures. Poor people aren't the main consumers of luxury. The idea that the rich don't buy luxury is stupid.

  16. Rich people will not be your next door neighbor or shop at H&M. Rich people will absolutely spend their money on their homes. They will not live in a neighborhood, they often reside in super secluded locations.
H&M is fast fashion, fast fashion is simply not worn by the rich. Rich people spend there money strategically. Clothing purchased strategically would mean a high quality purchase; high quality and H&M are far from synonymous.

  17. People who are bitter just simply cannot afford it. And if you can afford it, then don't buy it 🤝 Rich people are too busy to be debating this.

  18. I’m watching this video wearing $1500 Ferragamo Boots that I bought on Ebay for $80.

If you have real taste and style, you don’t need to actually pay for luxury, if you know what you’re looking for. I’ve got multi thousand dollar suits and sport coats, but they were 100% bought online, often for $100, because I know where to look and what size to buy.

  19. Yeah, it takes a lot more than good looks and assets, before I consider anybody seriously, I will look at a copy of their bank statement, and visit their house. There are so many fakers out there.

I’m not a snob on dating only filthy, rich men, as long as you are honest man up to his responsibilities, and has ambition and a good personality. I’m OK with that.

Don’t go, pretending that you’re filthy rich, you barely get a fucking cent to your name.

I think women From what I’ve seen. They think that they are bougie, but they bleed cheap and desperate. Period
