Uma peqena parte da populacao e rica, porque tem beneficios do petroleu – presidente e sua familia. Major parte da populacao e pobre, porque nao tem beneficios do petroleu. Bem como em nosa Russia, meljor dizer – Putin-Russia. Russia e Angola tem grandes resursos de petroleo, mas major parte da populfcao nao tem destes resursos nada.
