  1. As a man I'm so disappointed in this movie. It vilified men portrayed religion and our African culture as more of a restriction and something forced on to women.

Moreover there was no real love in the movie no real connection just sex craved women in disfunctional relationships.

Truly if this is how modern society depicts reality then we are in trouble.

  2. SPOILER ALERT. I enjoyed the movie however, but I was so disappointed with the resolution/ending. True, lasting friendships do require somewhat of a loyalty AND kindness factor. Why is it that u dump your boyfriend and the father of your middle school child, but u accept back ur best friend who slept with him under the guise of "being too drunk?" Forgiveness is one thing but forgetting is another. I personally would never trust this type of a friend nor would I reconcile. And I have ended friendships for vastly different reasons in the past. I don't care how long we have been together–sleeping with someone is never a mistake, it is a choice. And if not–it is r*pe–but this is a case of 2 consenting adults. I was ok with her visiting her old friends during such difficult moments, but it is OK for her to keep them at a distance henceforth. The moral for me was a Hell to the nah.
