Thank you so much, Gbemi❤
The free guide is a powerhouse of information , thank you for sharing✨
PS: If you haven’t checked out the guide yet, you absolutely should!
Thanks so much! Is there a way to adapt this to a plant based diet?
Thank you so much sis❤
Good points.Being disciplined and mindful of the calorie intake really helps.A sizable number of Nigerian women are overweight and that's unhealthy.l heard the ones overseas are generally obese.Women also should stop listening to men who tell them that they like their fat bodies. Some men just don't want to keep you depressed by telling the truth. Being fat comes with many health complications.
Also good you highlighted on strength training. Some ladies think lifting weights would make them have a man's physique which is totally false. Thanks for sharing.
I still eat my abula jollof rice, moi moi, etc
But all must be combined healthily and the right portion

I still eat African food while losing weight 😮
There is nothing wrong with 7:44
African food, especially Naija 😅😂
I use olive oil
No other oil apart from palm oil in my beans fish stew
This is my challenge right now. Thank God I came across your channel.
I love in Italy 🇮🇹 we olive oil everyday in all our cooking it’s very healthy to use it ..moderation is key 🔑
I found this video very informative even though I’m not trying to lose weight. Would share with my community. Thank you so much Gbemi 🥰
I am on my weight loss journey, please can i snack on kuli kuli ? because i love it alot Even when am not eating
Apt! Thank you so much, this is helpful. Watching from Bayelsa state in Nigeria.
Thank you for sharing this ✨❤️
The Youtube channel the 1.54 billion people in the world needed desperately!!!
Thank you
Thanks Gbemi, enjoying your new channel. I'm a subscriber and a long time follower on your Instagram. I love your personality and approach to fitness as a whole.
I watched you a while back on Sisi Yemmie's channel where you co – hosted and put your own twist whilst cooking with her on her channel and I totally enjoyed it.
I advise that maybe include a cooking video no matter how short with samples/quantities of all the misconceptions on African cooking and tweaks you mention in your videos and your fat loss guide. I think some people will love that. Keep doing what you do and I love how real you are. All the best with your journey❤
The Almighty God will bless you and the rest of the Africa nutritionists or dieticians who are now coming out to talk about the healthy Africa diets. I was beginning to give up on Africa diets because of how the social media is destroying the Africa diets like.
I completely I agree with you that it is not our diet that is bad, but the combination and portions.
Nigerian food is healthy and can help maintain a good weight. In fact, it is nutrient denced compared to Western foods. I always use people in rural areas in Nigeria who are not exposed to Western food; are more healthy, and are fit.
I see people using the Western model to lose weight rather than just sticking to our healthy Nigerian food. Save your money and time!
Can never give up my eba😂
You’re right, beautiful Gbemi!!! Potion control and circadian rhythms (meal timing ⏱️) is key.
Thank you you so much for this❤❤❤.
I'm glad I found your channel.
I've been looking for a video like this for my Nigerian food…
Calories counting is a scam, portion control is a scam, avoid all processed and ultra processed food. All vegetables and seed oils are all poison.
I've been looking for such videos.
Am Zambian and can totally relate to your video.
Hi, i am so glad i found your channel. I just started my weight loss journey, and this video is what I was looking for. Is your workout gender neutral? I am forwarding this video to many people i know.
Are you on IG? You can drive traffic here.
Mt sister needs to watch this. She's been on keto for ages😢.
Enjoy African dishes but in small quantities, watch portion size. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Hi dear. Are you up to 40 years old?
You will not see African food because google is not made by African and African don't put anything in Google.
I am from Ivory Coast and I had to drop all African food for sometimes to loose weight. I have reintroduced them when my weight dropped to 90kg and since then I stole but I feel ok. I now go to the gym and feel better.
I think African food are very calorie dense food and because we cannot put them into calorie app we don't actually know how much calories we eat
Subscribed ❤😊
Subscribed….. enjoyed this video. 👌
THIS IS A BLESSING!!!!🙌🏾🙌🏾
I was only eating Nigerian food as my cheat meals🤣🤣🤣

P.S i love the simplicity in this video.
I sure needed to see this
Thank you for sharing , i can't wait for your 20-day workout ❤
I hardly comment but I love this, as someone who loves eating her African foods,it seemed like I'd never lose weight. Thanks for this and hope you do more of these videos 😊🙏
Your thumbnail isn't compelling enough and seems counter intuitive, hence hardly anyone serious will click. How about you put, +100 Calories for the leaf in glowing red text, then +60 Calories in glowing green text, then title, 'How to eat more and gain less weight' or something related. Just my opinion😅 from my knowledge of thumbnails and titling.
