    1. Please and please again, STOP drinking Coca-Cola, sprite, malt, all those suger drinks. STOP! Replace it with your own home made soobolo, orange or lemon drinks… adding a very very very little sugar.
    SUGER can make you very FAT in a few month.

    2. Reduce carbohydrates especially bread, pastries, cakes, indomie, macaroni or any flour food and increase protein and vegetables. Eat more stew and meat or fish or mushrooms or beans than the banku, fufu, kokonte, etc.

    3. Be active and sleep well… which means, stay away from your phone for a good measure of time. Social media can ruin your sleep schedule.
