Gurl, you don't know Exeter like you think you do. It's WAY bigger than what you have in your tiny mind. St Thomas is most certainly part of Exeter, as is Pinhoe, despite what you've been told. Do you consider Exeter only to be within the confines of the town centre? It don't work like that. It's a dislike from me, I'm afraid .
