Innocent people are currently being held in Guantanamo Bay. Ask some refugees for tips about how to cope under dictatorships. Murdoch has been muddling people's minds and fudging facts for decades, so many people accept living in la-la land. Please stay committed to the truth. Robert Reich's books are very helpful. I hope people will form supportive groups. Think clearly and face facts. Plan. Organise. Prepare. Update your passport. Set up message trees and support networks. Be kind and encouraging to immigrants and people of color who are the targets of the hate campaigns of the Trump regime. Extraordinary times need ordinary people of no particular talent to keep on rebuilding the democracy which Trump will dismantle if he can.

Just a note about a word correction for Ben – "wherefore" actually means "why" not "where" – unless that's what you meant. "Wherefore art thou Romeo?" means "Why are you Romeo?" And Lara Trump's singing makes my ears bleed
