Create a pool of world country where every country donate 0.001% of GDP that will reimburse the company their cost with 10-fold extra as their price and if they agree to develop the medicine in large quantity with extreme fair price then sole license too. Reminds me of a grocery store who recently raised 9000 and over for a child’s cancer hospital.
What no one talks about are the luxurious house and cars and clothes etc. owned by cancer doctors. That 9000 might cover the service call on one of their high end expensive sports cars.
