1 Like the prophets of the Bible, in April 1993, I, Kacou Philippe, a man who had never been in a church, I receive in a vision, the visitation of an Angel who commissions me for a Message destined to the whole earth in fulfillment of Matthew 25:6 and Revelation 12:14. This is the account of my conversion, as well as the three great visions of the call and commission as I received them:
6 In a third vision, we were sitting in an examination room for the Advanced level test and the examiner was distributing the test-papers. I said to myself, "But what am I doing here? 7 Later, in verse 8, a second angel came out, not of a seminary or pastoral school but of Heaven. To announce some theology? No! To announce a forty-year-old or a hundred-year-old sermon? No! To go and reveal the Word to the teachers and trainers in pastoral schools? No! To go and give his vision about what someone said forty years ago? No! … BUT THE TIME HAD COME TO PREACH THE GOSPEL OF ANOTHER RANGE! [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”]. To preach the condemnation of Babylon, the Catholic church because she had fought, killed the saints and corrupted every way of Salvation. And this is made clear in Revelation 17. It was in the 15th and 16th centuries with the Reformation. And that led to the Protestantism.
1 Before starting I would like to bring a precision on the public confession. The public confession concerns the sins committed after the water baptism and not the sins committed before the baptism, even if you had forgotten it when you were getting baptised. Now, notice that a brother who confesses almost every Sunday must not have any responsibility in the congregation. He has more confessions than testimonies in the month. His life does not edify anybody. You see? He is not a model. He is a soft brother. [Kc.18v2]
2 In the same way, if a brother secretly lives a bad life and God unveils him, he cannot have or take on any responsibility again in the assembly before at least one year.
3 Talking about the baptism, I think that we won’t have to make any ceremony around it. During the baptism, one must make arrangements so that all the parts of the body be immersed but if it happens that in spite of the arrangements a part comes out, the baptism is correct. The baptism in water means "dead, burial and Resurrection" and if a person is dead, buried and resuscitated, do not tell him, "Come and die and let get you well re-buried!" This is the voice of Satan. Do you know the depth of the grave where Jesus was placed? The manner of carrying it out does not necessarily affect the baptism. Last week for example, I wasn’t able to pronounce the name of our old sister whom I baptised and not only that but she can’t speak French. I was obliged to try the Dioula. She was a Muslim. She repeated her name several times but I wasn’t able to pronounce that… You see? And other more serious cases will come up! [Kc.34v26]
4 Now I would like to answer some questions. The first is: Brother Philippe, which watch are we in? And this the answer: First the night is divided into four watches. According to the Jewish calendar, the first watch goes from sunset to around 9 pm, the second goes up to midnight. The third watch goes from midnight to around 3 am. And the fourth watch goes up to the morning. The first watch is the evening time. First cocks crow from the third watch. But the cock-crow is typically the fourth watch. It is the time of the great persecution and in Matthew 26:34, the Lord said to Peter, "Verily I say to thee, that during this night, before the cock shall crow, thou shalt deny Me thrice." That is, before the persecution reaches its perfection, you shall deny Me.
5 What’s thus the prophetic Message of Matthew 26? Matthew 26 shows that during the persecution to come, some elect will deny the Message before the sword. And I have indicated that the rapture will take place right before this phase. Luke 12:38 confirms that. The rapture and the persecution will take place after the cock-crow with Asia and the Arab nations.
6 Now, observe a clock which is to strike at midnight: the first sound is heard at midnight sharp. The first sound marks the end of the 2ndwatch. Then the other sounds come after the 1st, 2nd and 3rdsecond and that happens in the 3rdwatch. The Message of the evening time spread over two watches and Matthew 25 says that the midnight Cry will do that as well.
7 Now the second question is this one: "Brother Philippe, it is true that Cain’s dad became a snake but how will DNA test reveal that since there are many kinds of snakes?" Very well, at the appointed time, I will bring some precisions but know that in the same way his son Cain has an affinity with all mankind through the mixture, thus also does his father have an affinity with all the races of snakes. But know that at the beginning Cain’s father had his feet and his hands, and was speaking and walking in the Garden, and had sexual relation with Eve. And it is the curse that made him crawl like the snakes in the bush. But there were already all the races of snakes that we see. But also, it is Adam and Eve’s sin that brought the species. You see?
8 Know first that, like the ox and the buffalo, all that is domestic has an equivalent in the bush and Cain’s father was the equivalent, man’s image in the bush. You see? He was neither a gorilla nor a chimpanzee. But it is the curse that struck him and his house. What happened clearly? Be attentive! [Kc.23v4]
9 Well, … God not only struck him and his posterity but God put enmity between them in such a way that they were divided and scattered among races of already existing snakes. One became a python; the other a viper, the other became a boa … For example, Cain’s father who was gentle and wise became a viper. And Cain’s uncle who had frequent dreams became a python. [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"].You see? There is thus an affinity between all the snakes. Remember that when God struck Ahab or Achan for their sin, He also struck all their house. I read that in Joshua 7:24 "Then Joshua, and all Israel with him, took Achan, and … his sons, and his daughters, and his oxen, and his asses, and his sheep, and his tent, and all that he had; and they brought them up into the valley of Achor. …" You see? Even his oxen, his sons and daughters perished because of the sin of only one.
10 And speaking in the same sense, I would like to say that the true thing which triggered Cain’s anger and which led him to kill Abel is that Abel had preached him the Message on the DNA saying that his father was the snake that crawls in the bush. We can see the DNA Message in Genesis with Cain and Abel, we can see that in the middle with John the Baptist and the Lord Jesus confronted with the religious people of their time and we can see that today with Prophet Kacou Philippe and the Catholic, Protestant, evangelical and Branhamist leaders. The true, always beside the false and the false persecuting the true.
1 Mark 13:35: "… watch therefore, for ye do not know when the master of the house comes: evening, or midnight, or cock-crow, or Morning ". This goes in the same sense as Ezekiel 1:19-21…
2 And although perfection is not man’s business and that he is not ready, he wants to hear that "the rapture is for such a year …" There has been a multitude of false dates but he wants more. But unfortunately, he wants it from everywhere and from anyone. And yet throughout the Bible, it is only the Spirit of Daniel who has the notion of times. Check that from Genesis to Revelation. No prophet except for Daniel. And it is Daniel who made use of the expressions of time first: "a time and times and a half time", and Daniel 7:12 says:"… a season and a time" andnot "some time" as Louis Segond says. Similarly: "2300 evenings [and]mornings" not 2300 days and nights, but evenings and mornings as we see it in Esther. "70 weeks, 1260 days, 1290 days, 1335 days …" thus, in Daniel 7:12, it is question of: "for a season and a time" and not "for some time".
3 And if God permits, I will devote a preaching to that, and to the characters in the book of Daniel! … I do say, "If God permits" because He alone knows if it will not be subject to different interpretations from false brothers.
4 Have you seen the imprint of all the Spirits of God in the book of Revelation? That's it! But today I want to indicate the rapture in a general sense. According to the Bible, is it in the evening, at midnight, at the cock-crow or in the morning? And yet, the evening time has passed and the morning which Mark 13:35 talks about is the time of the visitation of Asia and the Arab nations.
5 First, Matthew 25:6 says that there was a Message then the virgins arise … Then they trim their torches …Then in the long run, the foolish grow heavy while the wise are still awake and boiling. Then the foolish say to the wise virgins: Lay your hands on us so that we may be given to walk on water, to disappear and to also perform these miracles of which you bear witness…
54 And when you have rejected this end-time Message, know that on the day of your death, whether you are a prostitute, a murderer, a homosexual or a member of Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Shintoism, Sikhism, Confucianism or Taoism, you will also see a white light very far away but in a tunnel formed by fallen angels, demons. That light will draw you to it as the Angel and the Lamb drew me to them above the waters, and when you get there, it will be Satan, the ruler of the abyss. And the tunnel will close behind you so that you may not be able to come out of hell anymore.
56 The tunnel is the path to Satan's paradise. The tunnel is the hole of the pit of hell, and the light at the end of it is Satan disguised as an angel of light. I say this to you as your prophet. You are free not to believe me but whatever your religion or belief, I am your prophet just as the president of a country is the president of all the people of that country including the opposition. Seeing visions in broad daylight with open eyes, telling people about the dreams they saw with details including what they forgot, if I am not a rasul, a maharishi or a prophet, then who am I?
57 Reject me and be pious in your religions, but on the day of your death you will enter into the tunnel of your religion which is the pit of the abyss with a light at its end which is Satan. You will have the impression that you are ascending to heaven in that tunnel as you descend into the depths of the pit of the abyss. You know that according to the position of the earth, you can walk with your head turned upside down without knowing it. Be pious in your religions, distribute your goods to the poor, believe in your dead prophets and your religions and all your holy books from one end to the other, and put into practice all that is in them, but on the day of your death, you will see a soft and white light at the end of a tunnel, and that light will draw you to it, and when you reach it, behold, it will be Satan, the prince of the abyss.
18 But what these great rabbis could not do, a pagan had done it. You see? King Herod had done it but with an evil intention. He had asked the magi to tell him since when the star appeared and all these things. But the scribes and the Pharisees and all those ones did not know anything of it. You see? These great pastors, these reverends, these bishops had not had this idea because of their pride. And that is what is still happening today on the earth while God has brought back again the living star which moves for the Salvation of humanity. [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"].
2 And this sublime doctrine is unavoidable even for very minor sins, that is to say, involuntary or by mistake. For example, if someone asks you for some money and you give it to him without any question and he goes to play lottery, buy cigarettes, buy some alcoholic drink … or if you murmur or sing a pagan song by mistake… you are guilty. If you associate, even for one second, with a person of these Catholic, Protestant, evangelical and Branhamist churches, including Islam and Judaism or those missions and ministries to pray, you are guilty, just like the one who consults a diviner or fetish priest. If you are somewhere without a Bible and there is a Louis Segond or Scofield or Thompson or King James version, you shall look on that as a trap of Satan.
1 … We know that there are two seeds on the earth! A seed of God through Adam then Abel and a seed of the devil through the serpent then Cain, and that's what I want to talk about this evening. But to begin with, I would like to say that if a sister insults or says an offensive word to her child, you must call her out to order on the fact that the Message prohibits that! If she persists, the elders must hear her! It is an act of insubordination!
2 Now bear in mind that when God decides to send a prophet on the earth, it’s because there is no more truth on the earth. A prophet of God descends on the earth when the whole world and all the churches become respectively Sodom and Egypt. And this prophet comes as the Kingdom of God and the only source of Salvation in his generation. [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen"].

5 If you say, "oh Brother Philippe, it is such a relative or person who is the cause of failures in my life" then you have lost the battle of the mind. You must acknowledge that God created you in His image, God has blessed you! But you walked in some ways God did not trace and this is what led you in your current situation. You must acknowledge that you are responsible for your situation. If you say, "oh Brother Philippe, I saw him in a dream…" or "there is a prophet who said it to me in our church", then you are defeated in the battle of the mind. You must know that the devil can give you revelations to raise you against your parents, in order to increase your curses. And the devil can go through the prophet of your church, through the pastor of your church, through a woman or a man of your church to give you a revelation to set you far from your parents or to raise you against your parents. But God cannot do that.
6 You must acknowledge that the author of your sufferings is you. For instance, you are a woman and you live with a man who has not endowed you. Then, you must know that you are in a position contrary to the will of God. [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"]. [Kc.18v8] [Kc.51v36]
7 You who have diplomas and who have no social situation, nobody is at the root of your sufferings. When you had sexual intercourses like Adam and Eve outside the marriage, didn’t you know that you were preparing your own curses and sufferings on earth? Was somebody at the root of that? According to Deuteronomy 28, you are under the curse. You say, "Oh prophet, he did not endow me but we are legally married." I say onto you that you are under the curse if the mayor is not your father. You are outside the will of God and you are accusing poor old people. And inspired by demons and false prophets and liars, you accuse your parents, exposing them to shame.

29 I never brandish the miracles that I perform like the Pentecostal William Branham did, because I want to mark mankind with the Word. In the beginning was the Word and what saves, it is only the Word. Haggai, Zephaniah and Habakuk performed miracles like me but they never spoke about them because a man of God, it is not the miracles. And in Exodus 7, Pharaoh had made Moses understand that. The angel said to Cornelius, "You will find in Joppa a man called Peter who will tell you the words by which you will be saved." You inhabitants of the earth, run everywhere to increase your curses but if you are a chosen one, you will finish your race before me Kacou Philippe.
30 Know that when you are born, all family and relatives’ blessings and curses from Adam down hang above you. But when you reach the age of consciousness, not the sorcerers but your first actions determine your choice. And the solution is to return first to God through his prophet according to 2 Chronicles 20:20. Seek Salvation first. And Salvation is only through the living prophet of your time. Not an angel, not a book called Bible or Quran. Not a prophet called Moses, Jesus of Nazareth or Mahomet. But the words of a living man amongst you. And you, whatever difficulties and sufferings that you are going through, first, know that the person to blame for all this is yourself. And in search for a solution, you shall not go to just any prophet and not just anyone should lay his hands on you. You shall never trade your Salvation for an ephemeral relief from Satan in a Catholic, Protestant, evangelical or Branhamist church. In Genesis 50, Joseph asked that his bones should go up from Egypt with Prophet Moses. And you, if you are a chosen one, you must not die before you accept Kacou Philippe, the living prophet of your time.
11 This is why, when a prophet messenger leaves the earth, seven years are enough to get to a new stage of Salvation! Seven years after the prophet messenger, another season is on the horizon. And we are saved in the hope of what God is going to do again on the earth. And the elect who did not know the prophet messenger who has died will be the First-fruits of the next prophet messenger coming up, while the disciples who walked along with the preceding prophet messenger and who are sealed with him for Salvation continue to be gathered with him until one day, the next prophet messenger comes on the scene! From that moment, the door is closed on the other side, and even the own son of the preceding prophet messenger must believe the living prophet on the earth to be saved. 12 Well, I come to the ecstasy! William Branham says, "He also let me see my people not long ago in white robes. I woke up one morning, and I raised up, and I said, “Sweetheart,” to my wife. She didn’t move. The kids about… I had to get up and take them to school. And all at once something happened, and I felt myself leaving. And I thought, “I’ve already died, and I’m gone on.” See? And I got to a place; I thought, “I believe I’ll look back.” It was just as real, friends, as I’m standing right here. See? And I turned around to look back, and there I was laying on the bed. I was stretched out, laying by the side of my wife. I thought, “Well, it’s probably a heart attack.” See? I thought, “Well, see, I just died instantly,” I looked, and I thought, “Well, now that’s strange, there I lay right there, and here I stand here.”
33 From generation to generation, the Truth has always been with only one living prophet messenger on the earth. He is the one who has the keys of the Kingdom; he is the one who is the way, the truth and the life in his time. And when you open the Bible, you see Isaiah, Jeremiah, Amos, Ezekiel, and so on. They are names of prophets. The truth, it is with a living prophet messenger, and not in a church. But what are you doing therefore with the Bible which is in your hands? If not, is it really for Salvation that you go to church? And yet, if God saves a Baptist, a Pentecostal, a revival church member or assembly of gods, how can He condemn the Pharisees, Judas and Cain? [Kc.5v27] [Kc.108v14] [Kc.130v23] [Kc.131v35]
1 The Gospel of the Kingdom of Heavens always comes from Heaven through an angel while there is another gospel that comes from the abyss through pastoral school for God fills the heart while the devil fills the head. Remember how on April 24, 1993, the sound of his voice came into me and I fell dead. You see? It’s the devil that has instituted pastoral school. For, if I send someone to call my wife who is on a journey to the village, this messenger doesn’t have to receive any instruction from anyone. I am the only one who should tell him what to say to my wife and I know that she will believe him. [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”]. [Kc.2v3]
2 Let Satan and his children have pastoral schools, Bible institutes and the Internet, me and my house will stay with the prophetic revelation. [Ed: The congregation says: "Amen!"]. And after pastoral school, seminaries and theological degrees, when those hypocrites, sons of the devil stand in the pulpit, they say: "O God may I decrease and you speak through me." You see? It's a confusion! If you know that you can decrease for God to speak through you, so what did you go and look for in pastoral schools?
3 Pastoral school is nothing but a place where people go and learn techniques of psychological manipulation. You see? They study the reactions and behaviours of people. This is all that is called mysticism. And that's what they hide from people. [Kc.2v1-3] [Kc.57v8]
4 Well, the Bible declares that there is nothing hidden that shall not be revealed in daylight. God made it because the time of restoring had come, but unfortunately those for whom it was made were already drunk and could not distinguish between good and evil, between the Spirit of God and the spirit of the devil, between the Word of God and theology… And the fruit that springs thereof, they are the Catholic, Protestant, Evangelical and Branhamist churches.
The mark of the beast today is, it is the holy spirit that acts in those Catholic, Protestant, evangelical and Branhamist churches.
19 Let’s read it now in Luke 1:19: "And the Angel answering, said to him, I am Gabriel, who stand before God, and I have been sent to speak to thee… " Zacharias did not have to consider the old age of his wife but he simply had to say to this man, "What you are telling me is strange! A man cannot say that, so who are you Lord?" But instead of that, he who is a Jew and moreover a priest, worries about his old age. To the point that Gabriel answered the question saying, "I am Gabriel, who stand before God ".
20 Read through all the Bible and you will see that it is that. When John the Baptist himself sent his disciples towards Jesus, it was not to see if the rumors of miracles which reached him were so; but the question was: WHO ARE YOU? Are you really the Christ? You see?
21 And Jesus Himself in Matthew 16, at seeing his disciples, felt compassion. People were following Him because He spoke of God, of Moses, of the law and of the prophets; He healed the sick, raised the dead but none of the disciples dared to ask who He was. For them He was a true man of God, that’s all! And one day, Jesus Himself asked the question in their place. I am going to read it in Matthew 16:13-14: "But when Jesus was come into the parts of Caesarea-Philippi, He demanded of his disciples, saying, Who do men say that I the son of man am? And they said, Some, John the Baptist; and others, Elias; and others again, Jeremias or one of the prophets. He says to them, But *ye*, who do ye say that I am? ". [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen"]. You see?
22 They did not even know who they were following! The important thing for them is that Jesus talks to them about Moses and about the prophets. That’s what mankind failed to do today. You see?
23 If you see that Tommy Osborn, Yongi Cho, Chris Oyakhilome, David Owuor, Emmanuel Makandiwa, Uebert Angel, T. B. Joshua, David Oyedepo, Ewald Frank, Morris Cerullo or Reinhard Bonnké is supernatural, the biblical logic orders that he should be asked, "Sir, who are you? Does the Bible say that you will do what you are doing today? Did the Bible announce you like John the Baptist? Does the Bible say that the time in which we are living a man of your race will rise in this generation to do what you are doing? Has GOD called and commissioned you like Moses, Paul or one of the prophets? … We see all your miracles, your anointings, your knowledge but who are you? Tell us who you are!".
24 If you see that Joel Osteen, T.D. Jakes, Doug Batchelor, Billy Graham, Edir Macedo, Valdemiro Santiago, Silas Malafaia, Paula White, Joyce Meyer, Alberto Mottesi, Claudio Freidzon or Dante Gebel is supernatural, that is the question you should ask him if you are a son of God. If you see that Benny Hinn, Manasseh Jordan, Joaquim Gonçalves, Donald Parnell, Alejandro Bullón or Guillermo Maldonado is supernatural, the bible logic orders that he be asked, "Sir, who are you? Does the Bible say that you will do what you are doing? Did the Bible announce you like John the Baptist? Does the Bible say that the time in which we are living a man of your race will rise in this generation to do what you are doing? Has GOD called and commissioned you like Moses, Paul or one of the prophets? … We see all your miracles, your anointings, your knowledge but who are you? Tell us who you are!" But they cannot answer because they are sorcerers and magicians under Joel 2:28 and 1 Corinthians 2:4-5. [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen"].
25 Who are you sir? You, Benedict XVI, … You, presidents of churches, … You, reverends, Bishop, … You, anointed prophets, … You who are opening churches, missions and ministries, who are you? You, in big hairy tuxedos, you whose good scent before men is stinking before God like the odour of hairy goats in Daniel 8, who are you? You whose posters and photographs are strewn on walls, who are you? WHO ARE YOU SIRS? In virtue of which divine mandate are you doing that?
