  2. Thank you Al Jazeera for sharing the vulnerabilities of people of Bangladesh to Climatic Changes. It’s affecting millions of people around the sea-shore line as well as rest of the country as well. However, I am surprised to see that a world leading media like Al Jazeera used some words which are not right. Flagging couple of wrongly used words – in Bay of Bengal, sea storms are called Cyclone not Typhoon; and Bangladesh is a South Asian country, it is not in Southeast Asia. Also, migration to capital city is a regular phenomenon and according to number of migration researches the major portion of slum people came from river-erosion affected areas. River erosion could not be directly linked to climate change to date because flooding is one of the causes of river erosion but there are many more issues including the nature of the Delta as Bangladesh is still a developing delta. With regards.

  3. It's a very difficult life for those who live outside the big metropolis, they have to deal with scarcity and climate change There are things that we are not going to change, the climate is crazy all over the world, even here in Brazil, but we can teach children from an early age how to treat the planet well and thus receive back the benefits of the environment and not the his fury.
God bless you guys hugs from BR 🇧🇷

  4. Earth isn't dying, it is correcting, rapidly. And the species can't adapt at the rate it is correcting. Never seen before in the history of natural climate change.

  5. Ganges River Delta is the God's blessing as well as the Bagla's tears. The weather change can not be blamed. It is Bangla people who shall turn the misery to the fortune. The potentials are great, the rapid industrialization along the rivers is ongoing concern. Bangladesh is appraised to be one of 20 big economies until 2050, overtaking the 10th economy of South Korea that falls to the 18th. People's power is the game changer.

  7. Due to overpopulation, everything in Bangladesh is in a mess 🤮 We have to suffer the evils of overpopulation 😭 Nothing will ever be good if we can't stop overpopulation 😭 No plan will ever succeed 😭 No well-educated and disciplined nation will ever be created 😭 No corruption everFree order, fraud, looting, free society and culture will not be created. People of this country are educated, uneducated, rich, poor everyone is corrupt 😢

  8. We are turning into a nation that only thinks about itself and only cares about filling our pockets. I am very sad to see this report and my heart is crying😅😅

  13. Our Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina, speaks braggingly about her accomplishments in development, but she didn’t do anything for the displaced people. Why do people need to come to Dhaka for work? Thanks to Al Jazeera for pointing this out. We are in great danger, but no one cares about it, not even the ruling party members.
    From Dhamrai,Dhaka, Bangladesh ❤

  14. Bangladesh is crused country, here live in everyone is crused.
Here democracy, weather, peace everything is finshed.
It’s now survived for the ruling party corruption.
I hate this country and dream someday i will able to escape from the prison that's call Bangladesh ❤❤❤

  15. Is it possible to dig more extra path for the main river so that the river water can flow as soon as possible from North part to Bay of Bengal? Seems like it can solve a lot of over water issues. Implementing hydro electric dams on the main branches of north part also make sense from my perspective. Why not use the problem as your own advantage?

  18. Don't show us as if we are beggars. We are not beggars. It seems like you people are portraying us as beggars in front of the world. Don't do it again. Take action and show the reality. And remember that we are not poor country.🇧🇩

  19. As part of decentralization Bangladesh government should transform the divisional city as a growth center, specially for the southern side of the country. This move will help people to get decent jobs in their own territories and the flow of internal migrants to Dhaka will reduce.
