I make these all the time but I just cut pockets in the potatoes and drop them in the deep fryer and they don't fall apart that way. I like these and samosas they just take so long to make lol

What are the libyan spices?
Can you add the actual amounts of the ingredients. I want to surprise some Libyan friends with this dish.
Its ok but the professional libyan kitchen chef, only opens half the potato not slice the hole potato, but some guys might love it that way like me.
