  1. From these explanations, it goes to demonstrate the fact that even the EFCC does not fully understand legal matters and best way to go about proceedings. In the court the concerned persons will use these loop holes against the petitioners on the grounds of technicalities. There and then evil keep winning. Nigeria my Country.   2. You make it look as if EFCC just decided to embark on what you call "gestapo" drama. If Yahyah Bello had honoured the invitation, would the drama have come up? When Fayose left office, he went straight to answer the invitation of EFCC, was there any gestapo drama? You also seems to forget that the leadership of EFCC has changed.

  3. Lack of legal awareness by people in public offices in Nigeria is a serious problem. I was never happy for once in Nigeria because of this issue. People you expect to know the laws governing their official responsibilities don't know them but hate you when you draw their attentions to them.
