From these explanations, it goes to demonstrate the fact that even the EFCC does not fully understand legal matters and best way to go about proceedings. In the court the concerned persons will use these loop holes against the petitioners on the grounds of technicalities. There and then evil keep winning. Nigeria my Country. How long do we continue in this shit?
Mr oshoma ur profession Efcc and any with immunity in Nigeria use the same toothbrush…u dey talk because Efcc dey over look una most times
You make it look as if EFCC just decided to embark on what you call "gestapo" drama. If Yahyah Bello had honoured the invitation, would the drama have come up? When Fayose left office, he went straight to answer the invitation of EFCC, was there any gestapo drama? You also seems to forget that the leadership of EFCC has changed.
Please after arrest isn't it statement next? I really don't understand this situation. Nothing poor man nor go suffer 😂😂😂
So does it mean the EFCC doesn't watch or listen to these opinions?
This is the expected outcome from a country notorious all over the world as a criminal nation.
Lack of legal awareness by people in public offices in Nigeria is a serious problem. I was never happy for once in Nigeria because of this issue. People you expect to know the laws governing their official responsibilities don't know them but hate you when you draw their attentions to them.
