As a Motswana, I believe Tebogo intended to say that Noah was overconfident. He may not have fully understood the meaning of the word "arrogant," which is why he used phrases like "loud, arrogant" and seemed uncertain if he had expressed himself correctly. For example, Noah was jumping and running around before the race, wasting energy when he should have been focused since he hadn't won yet. In Botswana, English is our second language, and we learn it in school. Tebogo is still young and expanding his vocabulary. Social media often amplifies the negative, but in reality, Letsile is a humble young man who respects everyone. People on social media shouldn't rush to conclusions. We all come from different backgrounds, and if Tebogo had expressed himself in his native language, the meaning might have been different.

We in Jamaica use to think the Americans were show offs but we come to realize its nothing personal . Its just how they motivate themselves and intimidate thier opponents. There was Shawn Crawford , Justlin Gatlin , look at the greatest American boxer Muhammed Ali , Thats how they do . But we come to realize dont hold it against them and dont assume its JUST Loudness or Arrogance. The American sprinters has well done over the years to give Jamaica a severe immense competition. So dont hit Noah too badly . We still love him .
It is the thefing officals in France that we hold a writ against . Thompson and Noah both had the same time so the gold medals based on their own rule should have been shared if difference in time less than 1000th of a second thats negligible. That unfair unjust decision was not Noahs fault.

Great win, but it's better to be quiet and not call others arrogant. This taints your victory. Never answer leading questions from journalists all they want is a story.
