Because the average native makes very little money. So I am thinking how could this be profitable to you when the exchange rates are so low. Who will be your target demographic Tourist that visit Bali? Local Bali Citizens or both? 2nd question. Will this be a " fine dining restaurant "? More rustic hearty plating or in between? Have you decided what will be your signature meal on the menu? Last question lol will you start a garden near the restaurant? Congratulations again.
